patience really is a virtue man...especially when ure cooking risotto! i attempted to make it today! and i have to say! it was a BOOMING albiet cheesy success! it was YUMMMMMMM!!! WOOO! its actually quite simple to make if u hav e right kind of rice and loads and loads of stock (chicken, beef, veg, prawn?? depending on wat ure adding to the risotto) and ure OFF!
i made...prawn, mushroom and tomato risotto! SUPER!
wahhhh..u hav to slowly add the stock and den wait for it to simmer away den add more stock den wait 4 it to boil away again..den add yet some more stock..and wait 4 it yet again to simmer and boil away.....ladida....and remembering to stir it constantly..otherwise e rice will just stick to the bottom of the pot..
woo! and the end result of endless waiting and stirring..and of course heaps of parmasan cheese!
yum yum yum!! and if that was not enuf! i made apple and cinnamon muffins with nutella before that toO! OMG..it was such a day of cooking and stiring and baking and smelling WONDERFUL smells!
and the best way to enjoy the muffins is with a tall glass of cold milk...YUMMY!
